SPHERU

About SPHERU

SPHERU is a multidisciplinary research unit located at both the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina. SPHERU engages in population health research – the study of social factors that contribute to the well‐being of various groups within a population. Our focus is on population health intervention research to produce knowledge about policy and program interventions that operate within or outside of the health sector and have the potential to impact health status and health equity at the population level.  Working in collaboration with policy makers and communities throughout the province, SPHERU is committed to conducting leading edge policy‐relevant research.
